Verifying Your Email Address¶
When you create a PrimeThink account, we send a verification email to the address you registered with. Verifying your email protects your account and ensures we can deliver important notifications.
What to Do After Signing Up¶
- Check your inbox for an email from PrimeThink with the subject "Verify Your Email Address". It may take a minute to arrive.
- Click the Verify Email Address button in the email. You'll be redirected to PrimeThink with a confirmation.
- That's it — your email is now verified.
Using PrimeThink Before You Verify¶
You can log in and use PrimeThink normally for up to 3 days after creating your account. During that time, a reminder banner will appear at the top of every page with a "Resend verification email" button if you need a new link.
If 3 Days Pass Without Verifying¶
After 3 days, logins are blocked until the email is verified. If this happens:
- On the login error page, enter your email and click Send verification email to receive a new link.
- Click the link in the email, then log in again.
Lost access to your email?
If you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with, contact support@primethink.ai.
Troubleshooting¶
Didn't get the email?¶
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, use the Resend verification email button shown in the app banner, or request a new link from the login error page.
Link says expired?¶
Verification links are valid for 24 hours. Request a new one using the resend option.
Link says invalid?¶
The link has already been used, or the account has been verified another way.
Signed Up with Google or Firebase?¶
If your identity provider has already verified your email, PrimeThink trusts that verification — you won't need to verify again. If it hasn't, the same flow described above applies.
